I wasn’t going to buy the Karmin G3, I originally had another straightener in mind as a first choice, and I ordered it online. It got delivered to my house on schedule but it turned out to be a faulty model, and it stopped working after about the third try. It took me a few days to finally contact customer service and they told me they didn’t have any in stock at the moment so I could wait until another replacement could be available and ship it over, or I could get a full refund. I didn’t want to wait too long for a replacement to show so I asked for the refund and spent that money on my second choice which was the Karmin G3. I actually had money left over from the purchase, so that was already positive. The Karmin G3 arrived on time too and it’s been over two months and it still works as well as it has on the first day. I think it was fate that I should buy the Karmin G3 because I’m very pleased with it, and I’m sure the straightener I originally bought wouldn’t have been able to deliver the same results.
