I had this straightner for about 5 years. I hated sleeping over other peoples house and not bringing my own straightner because the ones they had did not compare to mine. I always raveled the cord when i took it out and it finally broke after 4 years and a couple months of having it. My wonderful boyfriend fixed it for me and wrapped it with electrical tape and it worked great up until a few days ago and it officially broke for the last time. I got 5 whole years out of this straightner and i would recommend it to anyone.
