I am writing a review because I bought the karmin 3g and didn't really like that it snagged my hair so I contacted customer service and they replied very fast also I did get the flat iron within 2 days which was very impressive customer service allowed me to trade in my karmin as stated that there is a 30 return they let me keep the free gifts I got with my karmin I sent the flat iron back and got the h2pro vivace within 3 days along with the h2 pro allegro I used the vivace last nite and I absolutely love it there is NO snagging of the hair and I was able 2 do my hair in a shorter period of time the thicker plates make it easier to let ur hair go thru smoother I am very pleased after trying sooo many flat irons and researching for months the h2 pro vivace is by far the best and the sites customer service has been wonderful
