I have had this straighter for about four years now & it's still amazing. I have thick frizzy hair & it does the job of making it smooth & straight . Also it's really good in curling the hair replaced my curling iron. One day that i was fixing my hair the cord got in between my legs & without knowing I walked away & the straighter went flying to the ground I freaked out thinking it wouldn't work anymore but it still worked the same am a very clumsy person so it has suffers so many hard drops on my wooden floor but it still manege to work at it's best
