      I bought this at this cite, and i like it, but i have a few complaints: 1. my hair smokes sometimes when i use it :( 2. I read reviews that the CHI is suppose to make your hair feel softer than when you straightened with any other cheaper flat iron, and i find that that is not the case! It feels about the same all in all, i would give it a 3 stars (Posted on 1/19/10)
