   I am writing a review because I bought the karmin 3g and didn't really like that it snagged my hair so I contacted customer service and they replied very fast also I did get the flat iron within 2 days which was very impressive customer service allowed me to trade in my karmin as stated that there is a 30 return they let me keep the free gifts I got with my karmin I sent the flat iron back and got the h2pro vivace within 3 days along with the h2 pro allegro I used the vivace last nite and I absolutely love it there is NO snagging of the hair and I was able 2 do my hair in a shorter period of time the thicker plates make it easier to let ur hair go thru smoother I am very pleased after trying sooo many flat irons and researching for months the h2 pro vivace is by far the best and the sites customer service has been wonderful (Posted on 8/5/12)

   I heard a lot about h2pro through my stylist. After my cheap iron burned out, I went out and got the h2pro Vivace Flat Iron. WOW!. What a flat iron. It heats up fast, and much easier to use than my other irons. I can straighten and style my hair very fast now. h2pro is the best!

   Once again, I am impressed with the performance of the h2pro Vivace! I am a stylist and attended a Hair Show in Orlando, Florida with some friends. We are all so shocked with h2pro products. I finally bought one from Hair Products Pro and couldn't be happier. The iron preforms better than any other iron I've use, and I've burned through several CHI's.
